The location was perfect for those who want to enjoy the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by beautiful vineyards and olive groves. the outdoor dining area provided a lovely view, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a homemade meal. the staff were very welcoming and organised, making sure guests were comfortable.

The shared bathroom was not always clean, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use. the WiFi signal was not strong enough to reach some of the rooms, making it difficult to plan day trips and activities.

Friendly staff, convenient location, beautiful grounds, great for socializing, well-equipped kitchen.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had a great stay at this charming guesthouse. the warm welcoming atmosphere made us feel at home. the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions like San Gimignano and Siena. the house itself was well-equipped and the large farmhouse-style kitchen was a bonus. the outdoor dining area offered beautiful views, and the swimming pool looked inviting.

The WiFi signal was weak in the rooms at the back of the guesthouse.

Spending New Year's Eve in Tuscany was a dream come true thanks to the amazing experience we had at this lovely place! The charming grounds and stunning views were a perfect backdrop for our getaway. They offered great communication before our arrival and made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked through the door. We really enjoyed the well-equipped communal kitchen and the free tea and coffee available all day. , the winery tour was a great value and a fantastic way to experience the local wine.

The lack of access to WiFi in some parts of the property. Although we try to disconnect during our travels, we needed it to make reservations for accommodation and other important travel arrangements.
